Classes

We offer classes for every level, and each adult group class is capped at 8 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need from a personal trainer. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please book and pre-pay online to avoid disappointment.

 
 

Warrior Beginners HIIT Circuit (Adults)£6 per session

Tuesday 9.30am –10.15am
6pm – 7pm

This workout is low impact & suitable for beginners who are ready to start challenging themselves.  You can work at your own pace but will be encouraged to give it all you've got.  Each session will include warm up and stretch.

(Please be aware that this class is on the first floor, up a narrow staircase with no lift access.)

Warrior Intermediate HIIT Circuit (Adults)£6 per session

Wednesday 6.30pm – 7.15pm

Friday 4pm-4.45pm

This workout is more of a challenging workout, featuring HIIT using weights and plyometric moves to really push your body into the fat burning zone.  

Ideal for people who are used to exercise and want to progress further with their fitness. Each session will include warm up and stretch.

Warrior Stretch & Core (Adults)£6 per session

This workout features exercises for the core (abs and lower back) and then it’s all about the stretch, plus guided meditation and affirmations to instil self confidence.  You’ll feel relaxed and centred after stretching muscles, stronger in the centre of your body & fully equipped to face the rest of the day and week with mind reprogramming techniques.

Warrior Mixed Ability HIIT Circuit (Adults)£6 per session

Monday  2pm -2.45pm

Monday 7pm-7.45pm

Friday 4pm-4.45pm

Welcome to the week and the weekend with our circuit workout. During this shorter class, we do a series of intense cross-training moves with bursts of aerobic exercise and weight lifting.

Suitable for all abilities, you can work at your own pace during each one minute to thirty second burst. Each session will include warm up and stretch.
